  • A VALID Ontario Drivers License bearing your name, picture and address of the property you require opened, or
  • We will also accept a VALID Ontario Health Card bearing your name, picture and address of the property you require opened, or
  • We will accept the presence of your Landlord provided that ownership of property can be established through either recent Bank Mortgage Documents or recent Property Insurance Documentation

  • Recent Banking Documentation that can substatiate that you are in fact the business owner, and

HI-RISE & CONDOMINIUM SERVICE
If you reside in a Hi-Rise or Condominium building and have a second lock on your door then we can rekey or replace that lock at any time without the Landlords' permission.

If the lock supplied by your building is the only one on your suite entrance door, you would have to get permission from your Landlord to have the lock rekeyed. The Landlord may require that you retain their Locksmith to perform this service. We will not rekey a lock in a multi-unit dwelling where it is required to be set to a master key due to liability issues involved in doing so.

LOCK REKEY VS LOCK REPLACEMENT
Your door locks can be rekeyed at far less expense compared to their total replacement value.
With rekeying you don't have the worry of trying to match the weathered lock finish of exsiting door hardware to a new lock finish. We will only recommend lock replacement in the event that
the lock is excessively worn to the point that it warrants replacement.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your appointment with us at anytime prior to 1 hour before the time that the appointment is scheduled. Cancellations with less than one hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment shall be billed the service call rate for the specific time of day plus applicable taxes.
